  • Yes, during our initial consultation we will review your injury. We then build a safe training plan to support this, whilst still maintaining full focus on the result you want, and ensuring progress is always made.

  • We recommend training 2-3 times per week. This level of consistency in your training will drive results and be sustainable long-term. This training frequency can be achieved exclusively through personal training sessions or a combination of 1:2:1 sessions and bespoke workout routines you can access in your own time.

We never overlook the importance of daily activity; therefore, we’ll work with you outside of personal training sessions to elevate daily movement through incorporating things like walks into your routine.

Essentially, it all comes down to appreciating the importance of setting time aside for yourself, committing to that time, and being consistent with that behaviour/intention. We will help you achieve this is in a safe and sustainable way.

  • We track your progress through the following methods.

Training - During your initial session we perform a fitness analysis to gain clear insight into your starting fitness levels. This gives us data to compare in 4-5 weeks’ time, to then celebrate the clear progression you will make with your strength, fitness and technical ability

Nutrition - We track progress in this area through daily photo journalling of your food intake. This level of visibility not only allows us to support you better but makes nutrition quantifiable. Photo journalling provides the opportunity to review your plates and how they’ve progressed to become aligned with the result you want, whilst keeping the enjoyment of food at the forefront.
